Your registration rate is all inclusive! This is an exceptional value and is different from almost all other conferences because it includes not only your conference registration, but two nights lodging and all your meals for the duration of the event.

Conference Registration

Early Bird rates expire on December 15, 2026. All registrations, extra nights and guest(s) must be paid in full by February 28, 2027 to guarantee your conference registration and lodging. Any reservations not paid by this date may be subject to cancelation.

Lodging

Standard Guest Room - (most rooms are 2 Queen Beds)

Standard Room

  • Add Tuesday Night
    $230 -- Please reserve before February 1, 2027. This rate is good for adding Monday, Tuesday and/or Friday nights.
    There will be no opportunity to add Tuesday night on-site.

  • Conference Attendees Staying Off-Site
    Subtract $300 from above costs. This includes your conference registration, meals (excluding breakfast), breaks and receptions. Lodging will not be included.

  • Add a Guest/Spouse
    $275 -- This price includes sharing a room, all meals and the receptions. Guests are not allowed to attend the conference sessions. Note: if you are bringing a guest who will not attend the conference meals but will be sharing your room, please include their name in the “special needs” section of your registration and let us know they will not attend the meals. This is a beautiful area and many people bring guests who don’t join them for conference meals. However, the hotel requires the names of all guests. If bringing children, include their ages. The hotel breakfast is included for you and one guest regardless of participation in the conference meals. If you’re bringing more than one guest, the hotel will charge $20 per person (per night) plus tax for each person beyond two people in the room (ages 0-5 are currently free). We will need to collect this amount from you to cover the amount the hotel charges our room block for these additional guests.
