Thank you for Registering to Attend the 44rd Utility Energy Forum!

On behalf of the 2025 Utility Energy Forum Planning Committee, we would like to welcome you to this year's conference. We are excited that you will be coming. The content of this year's conference is filled with timely topics, informative presentations and interactive sessions.

At the Forum you will be able to hear from some of the industry's leading professionals, get insights into the future of energy efficiency, electrification, distributed energy resources, technology developments and program outreach efforts. The evening’s networking events will provide a chance to meet new colleagues and get reacquainted with friends who are working on the same issues that fill your day.

This is the 44th Annual Utility Energy Forum. The location and accommodations provide a retreat-like atmosphere of informality and interactivity. The agenda has been organized to provide time to listen, learn, ask questions and interact with others in the industry. We know that you'll find the time very beneficial and we're looking forward to seeing you at the Forum.

AGENDA. The Forum starts with lunch at 12:00 noon on Wednesday and concludes with lunch on Friday. The latest agenda is online at utilityforum.org/agenda. The Pre-Forum Workshop on Wednesday morning is open to utility and government attendees only. No special workshop registration is necessary, but if you plan to arrive on Tuesday, you will need to pay an additional fee for Tuesday night. This must be added at the time you register for the conference, as a limited number of rooms are available.

CONFERENCE ATTIRE. Conference attire is business casual. The temperatures are typically in the mid-60s during the day and in the low 50s at night, but you should be prepared for any type of weather. Meals and after-dinner networking events are held outdoors and heaters are provided.

LOOK WHO’S COMING. Visit utilityforum.org/look-who to see who has registered to attend. (Only company name and job titles are provided.) If you know of someone who plans to attend but is not listed, please remind them to register online at utilityforum.org/registration before the deadline.

FIRST TIME ATTENDING? Join us in the back of the conference meeting room at 12:45 pm on Wednesday for a brief orientation before the event starts at 1:00 pm.

ALL INCLUSIVE REGISTRATION. All registrations are processed by Randy Martin of the Utility Energy Forum staff rather than the hotel staff. Your event registration includes sleeping accommodations on Wednesday and Thursday nights, as well as all meals beginning with lunch on Wednesday through lunch on Friday. Guests of registered attendees who plan to attend the meal and hospitality functions must register at the guest rate for a name badge that allows access.
